Product Profile

The product has the feature of both high and low temperature resistance and radiation resistance, self-lubrication and creepresistance. The high-temperature injection moulding, extrusion moulding or compression molding process can be used.

Can supply molding powder, shapes (plank, bar, pipe) and parts.

Packing and storage

(1) Package: 10kg.

(2) Keep it in room temperature for two years.

Notes(1) The temperature rise and fall period is not included, and demolding is carried out when the temperature drops to 200 ℃;
(2) The material should be dried at 230-250 ℃ for 2 hours before use;
(3) The pressure is the product pressure, and the temperature is the temperature of the contact surface between the mold and the template;
(4) Clean the surface of the mold before molding and apply a high-temperature resistant silicone grease release agent;
(5) The gap between the molds should be ensured to be between 0.05 and 0.1mm;
(6) During production, the mold should be insulated or surrounded by heating rings, and the mold temperature can be controlled to be 20 ℃ lower than the temperature of the upper and lower templates;
(7) The recommended process for sheets with a thickness of 3-10mm, while other specifications can be adjusted appropriately;
