Application
1.Processing:Throuch injection, extrusion and compression molding, thermoplasic PI resins can be made into corresponding sectional materials(rod, bar and pipe material), profiled shapes or components, which can be subsequently processed to get the finished product.
2.Characteristics:Thermoplastic PI resins not only have the same excellent mechanical and electrical performance as the normal PI material, but also have the performance of high low temperature resistance, wear resistance, creep resisting, radiation resistance, self-lubrication and flame retardant etc. Additionally have the performance of non-toxicity, odourless, without migraion and cooking resistance.
3.Applications:
1) Transportation: Aerospace aircraft structure parts or components, aerospace engine cooling section parts, automobile engine components, high temperature fittings, high power lamp and indicator lights, temperature sensors, etc.
2) Electrical and Electronic: Printed circuit board, integrated circuit base, coil framework, terminals, switches etc.
3) Machinery Manufacturing: valve seat, valve disc, valve plates, rotary vane, gears, bearings, bushings, compression ring,fastener, gaskets, etc.
4) Medical instruments: Medical surgical instruments of handles, tray, jig, reflector, dental equipment etc.
5) Food and Textile: The components of the food industry machinery, the accessory of textile machinery, product packing tableware etc.
